If you are one of our customers (paid, trial, or free account) and have questions about how to use AppBlade, would like to report bugs, request features, or have a problem/need assistance with the platform, please contact AppBlade directly via phone, chat, or email. Support is included in all plans for all customers.
(ff you're looking to download an app this is probably you...)
If you are an end-user and would like access to apps, are having trouble with access to your apps, or there is a problem with the app on your device (crashing, not installing, UX/UI issue, etc.) please contact your admin or project manager rather than contacting AppBlade directly. While we would like to help you with these things we actually cannot
Don't know who your admins and project managers are? Go to support.appblade.com, and look at the right hand side of the screen. You'll see a section titled "Need More Help?" and that section will have all of the contact info you need for your project(s):
Of course, if you are an end-user and spot a user interface issue, have suggestions on improving the AppBlade experience, or AppBlade is giving you an error that instructs you to reach out to us then please do give the AppBlade staff a shout!
