Maggie Hu May 17, 2012 08:13PM EDT

I implemented allowFeedbackReporting into iOS project according to the instructions. However, the app doesn't response to "3 finger double-tap" at all.. What can be wrong? Thank you for advice.
Other things (crash report) is working ok..

Hi Maggie,

Right now the SDK uses the `keyWindow` to display the dialogue. In newer versions of Xcode, that isn't set in `applicationDidFinishLaunching`, so trying to access the keyWindow returns nil. If you call `[self.window makeKeyAndVisible]` before `allowFeedbackReporting` it will start working. This is something we are working on changing in the next version of the SDK.
